EA FC25 Companion and Web App release time – start this year’s Ultimate Team journey before the game comes out
As the annual EA FC25 (nee FIFA) excitement reaches a crescendo ahead of Friday’s Early Access Launch for those who ordered the Ultimate edition of the game, returning UT players will have the opportunity to get stuck into crafting their ultimate Ultimate Team a little earlier, as EA Sports FC releases a website and companion app in the run-up to the big day.
Starting today you will be able to kickstart this year’s Ultimate Team journey on the web and from tomorrow (19th September) the Companion App for the game releases and you can start buying and trading your cards ahead of time.
FC 25 Web App release time
The Web App will be released on Wednesday 18th September at around 10 am PDT / 6 pm BST and you will be able to log in as a returning user. To be classed as returning and able to get a head start you will need to have logged into your Ultimate Team before 1st August and also have an active account / team. Failing these criteria means you will need to wait until the game launches before you can get access.
FC 25 Companion App release date
The downloadable EA FC25 Companion App for iPhone and Android will become available the day after the web app on Thursday 19th September.
EA FC25 Returning User Rewards
Gordon Farquhar, Product Manager at EA Sports FC has confirmed that returning users from Ultimate Team 24 are set to get an additional reward saying in a blog post, “Players who are re-joining us from Football Ultimate Team 24 will also get a little something extra with returning user rewards, which I’m pleased to announce are back for Football Ultimate Team 25!”
EA FC25 will be released for everybody on Friday 27th September with those having purchased the Ultimate version of the game getting seven days of early access from the 20th. The game will be available for PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch.
